Beautiful salad I made to accompany lunch. Some Fridays my brother and I catch up for lunch. He grabs a few biodynamic lamb sausages from the Vic market and I throw together some steamed potatoes and a salad.

Recipe (all raw and organic)
Grated carrot
Grated beetroot
Finely chopped parsley
Shredded silverbeet
Finely sliced cauliflower
Dressing of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and sea salt
